Spiritual Counseling is a process of self-awareness and relaxation that will help you feel confident, happy and more at peace. It helps you fully relax your inner self (mind and body) so that you can experience life from a place of calm and clarity everyday.

The tools to dive a little deeper are simple and spiritual, yet also pragmatic.

In spiritual counseling, I listen as you talk about things that are affecting you in your life. I invite you to pay gentle attention to the deeper meaning of the thoughts that are occurring and the emotions that are coming up. There is more of a quiet discernment: a listening, allowing and then a letting go. I see spiritual counseling as a method to help you find more of that relaxed space inside of you so you can feel happier, more confident, relaxed and calm.

At the same time, I help you learn pragmatic tools to implement into your busy every day that will help you become the confident person you want to be and do the things you really want to do. Oh and be relaxed at the same time!

You are not trying to “get rid” of anything, instead you are beginning to compassionately embrace your struggles so that they can melt away on their own. I help you find the peace you’ve been searching for that can free yourself from some of the suffering and anxiety that you’ve been experiencing. This stillness allows you to be present and listen to your own wisdom that draws you toward greater wholeness and healing.

During our spiritual counseling sessions, I can help you safely explore how to let go of your self-judgement and any other things that are blocking you from becoming your true-Self. In other words, freeing your Self from yourself. Instead of just making a change in your life, you are looking to transform how you feel inside and out. Relaxed, Calm, Happy and Confident.
