You’re done holding back from the life you actually want.

You’ve reached a point in your life where you know yourself pretty well. You’ve lived enough, learned enough and done enough inner work to recognize many of the patterns, beliefs and expectations that have shaped the way you’ve lived.

But that doesn’t mean you’re fully living the way you want to.

You still filter what you really think before you say it. Hesitate when it’s time to be seen or make the bold decision. Tiptoe around what you really want because you’re worried about how it will affect everyone else. Overthink instead of moving. Look outside yourself for reassurance when you don’t trust your own answer.

Maybe you know you want to say no, but you hear yourself say yes.

Maybe you know it’s time to walk away, but you keep finding reasons to stay.

Maybe you want to put yourself out there, make the move, have the conversation, raise your hand, take the chance or finally do the thing you’ve been thinking about for months, and you hesitate right at the moment it’s time to move.

Or maybe you can’t name exactly what you want yet. You just know you don’t want to keep living your life according to what everyone else needs, expects or thinks you should do.

You’re tired of filtering yourself. Tired of tiptoeing around your own wants. Tired of overthinking the decisions that matter to you. Tired of looking outside yourself for permission to trust what you already know.

And you’re ready to understand why you keep holding yourself back from the life you actually want to live.

YOU CAN SEE WHERE YOU’RE HOLDING BACK.

BUT CAN YOU SEE WHAT’S ACTUALLY DRIVING IT?

There is no shortage of advice telling you to change your mindset, challenge the thought, stop overthinking, build confidence, take action before you feel ready or tell yourself a better story.

And there’s nothing necessarily wrong with any of that.

But none of it answers the more important question: Why do you keep holding yourself back in the first place?

Why do you hesitate when you’re ready to move?

Why do you filter what you really want to say?

Why do you back away from something you want because someone else might not understand it?

Why do you keep looking outside yourself for an answer when part of you already knows?

Why do you keep choosing what feels safe, reasonable or expected when what you really want is something more?

You can work on the thought. You can tell yourself to be more confident. You can push yourself to take the action anyway.

But until you get underneath the doubt, the hesitation and the second-guessing and work with what’s actually driving them, you’re going to keep finding yourself right back in the same place.

Real transformation doesn't come from the level of the mind, it comes from the level of the body.

The Direct Path

The Direct Path Process is a modality that I created.

It helps you get underneath the thoughts, beliefs and patterns that are getting in your way — and work with them at the level where they can actually shift.

It combines reflective inquiry, intuitive guidance and somatic work to move beyond simply understanding the pattern and uncover the energetic block driving it.

That's what makes it direct.

The shift can be surprisingly simple.

You can go to psychotherapy and work on something for years.

Or you can work with me and experience a shift much sooner than you thought possible.

This isn't therapy and doesn't replace it. It's a different kind of work.

Something you haven't been able to resolve for years doesn't have to take years to change.

Thank the woman who got you here.

Now make room for the woman you’re becoming.

What Becomes Possible…

You’re free to be fully yourself.
You say what you think, let yourself be seen and stop editing who you are to fit the room.

You trust yourself.
You make the decision, set the boundary, have the conversation, change your mind or walk away without needing everyone else to agree.

You let yourself want more.
More money. More joy. More intimacy. More adventure. More success. More fun. More space. Or something completely different than what you thought you were supposed to want.

You go after what you want.
Raise the price. Take the trip. Start the business. Say yes to the stage. Make the move. Take the chance.

And you get your energy back.
For creating. Loving. Leading. Exploring. Enjoying what you’ve already built. And going after what’s next.

You know who you are. You trust what you know. And you live from it.

Let me introduce myself…

Oh wait, sorry, wrong picture. But isn’t that how you want to feel?

Meet Jeanne

Intuitive Transformational Coach, Founder of Sacred Stillness LLC and creator of The Direct Path Process.

You've lived enough life to know that the next accomplishment isn't necessarily going to fulfill you. And you're self-aware enough to recognize when your own thoughts, patterns or fears are the very things standing between you and what you want.

That's the woman I created the Direct Path Process for.

I came to this work through my own search for answers. What began as a deeply personal journey into consciousness became years of study, training and exploration into what actually creates lasting change. And somewhere along the way, I became far less interested in helping people understand themselves better and much more interested in helping them become free of what was getting in their way.

We all have unlimited potential to step into our truth and create a purpose-filled life. The only thing holding us back from using our gifts is our limiting beliefs about who we really are.

"When I first started working with Jeanne, I was really struggling with my inner critic. It was keeping me from moving forward with my new coaching business. It was also impacting my personal life, including my relationships with myself and others.

With her process, she taught me how to become aware of a feeling, then a thought, to question that thought, and realize it isn't truly a part of me.

Now I recognize that triggers and many painful reactions are not really me and they have significantly diminished. The inner critic has faded, and the process feels both deep and healing. I feel more confident with my coaching business and am much more able to be in a space of inner peace.

I loved your process. Thank you!"

"I've come to realize our work together was an important stepping stone to a lot of what was surfacing within me and then working through, if not all of it really. Our conversations were such an important part of this whole process of turning myself inside out and starting fresh. I will be forever grateful."

Sacred Stillness Spiritual Philosophy

Sacred Stillness is my spiritual philosophy that begins with the truth that you exist in a natural state of wholeness. This natural state of wholeness is your true essence and your connection to joy, calm and peace. It is YOU. I discovered this place after many years of struggling through the dark. Embodying Sacred Stillness allows you to uncover this truth for yourself; to re-connect to this ever-present sacred space and to become more self-aware and ultimately truly relaxed!

By learning to connect to this stillness, you can release the obstacles that block you from leading the life that you’ve always wanted to lead and making the decisions that you really want to make. You can learn to feel fully worthy, calm, relaxed and happy.

Relax into the knowingness that you are the love and light that you seek!
